We offer a 4x8 CNC Plasma Table for your sheet cutting needs.

This is mainly used in our shop for prototypes.

Programmable Tube Bending:

With our numerical controlled tube bending we can offer high quality repeatable bends

 and control spring back as well as save programs for faster turnaround time.

Mig/TIG Welding:

We can weld Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum, using MIG Welding and Tig Welding processes.

Powder Coating: 

We offer in-house powder coating of smaller items. Our oven size is 42x42x65.

 We have extensive knowledge in powder coating and can help you select the right finish for your parts.

Press Brake:

We offer a 48" x 12 Ton Press Brake for your sheet metal and prototype needs. We have a digital readout on our back gauge for precision bends

Custom 3D Printing:

We offer 3D Printing for customers who may not be ready to produce their parts out of metal. This is a cost-saving solution to get a physical product in your hands.

Custom 3d Modeling:

We utilize Autodesk Fusion 360. We offer drawing and modeling for customers looking to take

their napkin sketch to reality.

Custom Sewing:

As a value added service we can produce quality stitches with our Automated Bar Tacker.

The can produce Box X Stitches up to 1-1/8" x 1-1/2" as well as Bar Tacks and other designs.
